Lawton's interest in the industry started from a young age and continued throughout college, where he gained valuable hands-on experience working on the tools and deepening his on-site understanding of construction. It was during this time, he met Wes and joined the business as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor before progressing onto the company's apprenticeship scheme, where he continued to develop his commercial and technical knowledge. Now six years on, he has built a strong portfolio of successful projects to be proud of.

 

Away from work, he will be enjoying time on the golf course, hitting the ski slopes whenever he gets the opportunity, and making the most of a well-earned holiday.
